Hunter Culinary Association hosted a media event at Banksii Restaurant in Sydney to launch the 2019 annual Food Fight to a select group of Australia's top-tier food and wine media. Our media guests enjoyed a great lunch matched with some of the Hunter's finest wines and met the four great chefs from this year’s Food Fight.
