AUTUMN 2020 SEASONAL LUNCH

Bistro Molines

Guest were treated to a Masterclass hosted by Giovanni Pilu of Pilu at Freshwater, a consistently 2 hatted restaurant in the Good Food Guide. Giovanni showed us the art of
authentic pasta-based cooking, including explaining the difference between the types of flours used and the cooking methods.

Following the workshop, all guests enjoyed canapes and decadent 3 course meal by Robert Molines, Garreth Robbs and the amazing team at Bistro Molines with accompanying Hunter Valley wines.
