FOOD FIGHT 2023

As always, a glorious day was enjoyed by the 300 guests attending the 12th annual Food Fight at the newly renamed Rydges Resort Hunter Valley.

Attendees enjoyed four courses from our guest chefs. From Sydney Jason Dean, O Bar & Dining and Sarah Knights ex Automata. Our local region was represented by Jake Deluca, The Flotilla Newcastle and Richmond Rodrigues, Muse Kitchen Pokolbin.

Jake Deluca was voted the winner in a very close contest with his BBQ octopus, smoked bone marrow, potato foam, gremolata & crispy eschalots.
