SPRING 2024 SEASONAL LUNCH
Circa 1876
A great event hosted by Circa 1876 where all guests were treated to a collaborative 3 course lunch prepared by Executive Chef Joey Ingram and his team and guest chef Paul Farag from Aalia and Nour Restaurants. They created a menu that incorporated the rich Arabic culture and history that has inspired Paul’s ethos, combined with Joey’s passion for locally grown produce.
Prior to lunch we enjoyed a Spice workshop which took a deep dive into the food and flavours of the Middle East hosted by Paul.
