Hunter Culinary Association's annual spring seasonal lunch featured talented fish whisperer, Josh Niland from Saint Peter in Paddington who took guests through a cooking demonstration using his favourite ingredient. Guests enjoyed a three-course lunch with matching premium Hunter Valley wines.
